- Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.
- Production time for each item varies and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
- Shipping
- We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the selected method and destination.
- Security Equipment Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
- Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: If you need to return a purchase, you must pay for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If the item passes our quality inspection, we will assess if a refund is applicable.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed for eligible items that meet our return criteria. No refunds will be given on any custom orders.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Custom Orders
- Custom orders are created specifically for you based on your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production will have begun on your made-to-order items.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos if possible.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund for the defective item.
- Payment
